Miguel Litao, M.D.

Interventional and Vascular Neurologist

Dr. Miguel Litao’s interest in Neurointervention started early- when he was in medical school in the University of the Philippines. He has since pursued this interest having completed training in Neurology, Vascular Neurology, and Neurointerventional Radiology all at NYU Langone Medical Center in Manhattan. He was trained in Neurointerventional Radiology under the direction of its world renowned faculty under the leadership and direction of Dr. Peter Kim Nelson, Dr. Maksim Shapiro, and Dr. Howard Riina.

About Miguel Litao

He has continued pursuing growth in this field for the service of his patients and to contribute to the field’s growth- having published and presented studies in relation to strokes, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, and arteriovenous fistulas.

Dr. Litao enjoys his time by spending time with his wife and 3 daughters. He is an avid tennis player and enjoys playing classical piano music.
